About Maryland Treatment Centers
Maryland Treatment Centers (MTC) has multiple locations that treat adolescents. MTC offers both inpatient and outpatient programs. In the inpatient programs, patients reside in the treatment center for a short period of time, typically up to four weeks. This allows our patients to detox under medical supervision, receive substance use treatment, and make a plan for continuing care after they leave. Outpatient treatment involves group support sessions, counseling, and medical care that your loved one receives while residing at home. Patients often continue with outpatient treatment after they are finished with their inpatient stay. Our treatment centers that offer services to adolescents are listed below.
MTC Sites for Adolescents
The YORS program is available to patients seeking treatment through Maryland Treatment Centers (MTC). The MTC sites that offer treatment programs for adolescents are Mountain Manor Baltimore, Avery Road Treatment Center, and Journeys Outpatient. You can enroll in these programs without participating in the YORS study. Mountain Manor Baltimore
Mountain Manor Baltimore offers inpatient treatment for adolescents, ages 13 to 17. This is also where the majority of our YORS team is located.

Journeys
Journeys Outpatient offers in-person and remote outpatient treatment services to adolescents. Patients can enroll in Journeys directly or they may be referred here to continue their care after inpatient treatment.
